Jambore Tim Penggerak PKK Tingkat Riau 2018 diprakarsai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Provinsi Riau, dibuka oleh Gubernur Riau Arsyadjuliandi Rachman di halaman gedung Dharma Wanita Riau, Jalan Diponegoro Pekanbaru pada Kamis (13/9/2018).
Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Rohul Hj. Peni Herawati Sukiman, diwakili Sekretaris TPP PKK Rohul Hj. Neti Herawati Haris, mengungkapkan, pada pengumuman lomba sekaligus penutupan di Gedung Daerah Balai Serindit, dari 8 cabang dilombakan, Tim Penggerak PKK Rohul borong juara di 6 cabang.
"Sedangkan di 2 cabang lomba lagi TP PKK utusan Kabupaten Rohul tidak mendapatkan juara di lomba yang dipusatkan di Sekretariat TP PKK Provinsi Riau, yakni Lomba Pokja I dan Lomba Pokja III," katanya, Jumat (14/9/2018).
Neti menjelaskan, adapun 6 juara diraih utusan Tim Penggerak PKK Rohul, yakni juara harapan pertama di Lomba Parade. Utusan PKK Rohul atasnama Neni Handayani juara pertama di Lomba Pidato.
Untuk Lomba Penyuluhan Pokja II, PKK Rohul meraih juara kedua. Lomba Pokja IV, utusan PKK Rohul atasnama Sri Sulastri meraih juara pertama.
Bukan hanya itu saja, tambahnya, Tim Penggerak PKK Rohul juga meraih juara pertama untuk Lomba Yel-yel terbaik. Sedangkan untuk Lomba Busana, PKK Rohul harus puas meraih juara harapan satu.
Sekretaris TPP PKK Rohul Neti Herawati Haris, menjelaskan, juara umum diraih di Jambore Tim Penggerak PKK Tingkat Riau tidak terlepas dari dukungan penuh dari Bupati Rohul H. Sukiman dan masyarakat Rohul.
Ia menuturkan, juara umum yang baru diraih juga tidak terlepas dari kerja keras seluruh anggota dan pengurus Tim Penggerak PKK Rohul jauh hari sebelum perlombaan.
Neti mengharapkan, juara umum yang raih ini justru menjadikan sebuah spirit atau semangat bagi ibu-ibu PKK yang ada di Kabupaten Rohul, untuk terus berprestasi, baik di tingkat kabupaten, provinsi, hingga tingkat nasional.
"Semoga prestasi membanggakan yang baru diraih ini bisa dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lagi, sehingga Tim Penggerak PKK Kabupaten Rokan Hulu menjadi yang terbaik di Provinsi Riau dan nasional," pungkasnya. (*)
